SUNDAY RECIPE: Peanut Butter Cookies
200g (7oz) plain flour 1/2 tps bicarb soda 115g (4oz) unsalted butter 100g (3 1/2oz) caster sugar 100g (3 1/2oz) unrefined light brown sugar 1 egg 225g (8oz) crunch peanut butter Pinch of salt Sift the flour and bicarb soda together. And trust me, it’s not that I haven’t tried. My standard thing with a recommened show is that I give it FOUR episodes. If a show can’t win me over by the end of the fourth episode, I’m not going to give it more of my time. Most shows get me in 1, some take up to 3.
